To whom it may concern,
Josephine Yang was my realtor when I sold my house in San Gabriel. At the time I was thinking of selling my house in order to move to New York City. I had interviewed two realtors already and was going to interview a third. During that time period Josephine happened to knock on my door and introduce herself. We spoke for awhile. Right away it was readily apparent to me that she had superior knowledge in the real estate industry and was very familiar with what the property values were in my neighborhood. Other realtors had demonstrated they were not as knowledgeable about the Fair Market Values in my neighborhood. Josephine clearly was knowledgeable in this area. I asked Josephine to prepare a CMA for me. I was equally impressed with the calculations she used in preparing the CMA as well as her demonstration of her real estate knowledge when presenting her CMA. It was the most detailed presentation. She took her time when presenting it as well. (One of the realtors I interviewed had her assistant simply leave a voice mail on my phone stating what I should list the property for. )
I decided to give the listing to Josephine. I found her dedication to the listing and to the sale unwavering. She was there for me from the first time she knocked on my door all the way until the sale closed. She is still available for me to this day! I still call on her to this day for any real estate needs I may have related to California. Because of Josephine's superior knowledge in the industry, her realistic views of the California real estate Market, and her unwavering support I was able to successfully sell my house and achieve my dream of purchasing a Condo in New York City. I would like to add that my house sold during the very first and only open house I held. I am very grateful Josephine decided to knock on my door that one fateful day.
